2016 By-law changes

Article 3-Registration
Addition to the by-law:

• All coach’s must have their dues paid before they meet to draw the draft order and coach slotting order.
• On the last day of registration there will be no on-line registration so there are no technical difficulties that would prevent us from the drawing of hat picks, if they are needed.

Article 3-Registration-F

Current by-law:

F. Late Fee-If a member of the Executive Board has not received a player’s applicable fees before the completion of the second-to-last Pre-Registration session, the player shall be required to pay an additional $20 late fee in addition to any other applicable fees.

New By-law:

Late Fee-If a member of the Executive Board has not received a player’s applicable fees before the last registration date, on the date of the last registration a $20 late fee will be charged in addition to any other applicable fees.

Registration starts at 12:30 p.m. – final instructions at 1:50 p.m..
Hot Dog / Pop and Chips at the turn
Prize money will be distributed immediately afterward

PROPER GOLF ATTIRE REQUIRED – COLLAR SHIRT AND GOLF SHORTS
Cost: $55.00 per player:
Payouts for First Place, Second Place, Greenies, and Long Drives
Optional Skins Competition: $20.00 / foursome,
Collected at the course during check-in.
Note: All participants must be current or past members, players, coaches,
or umpires of the L.O.M.S.L..
“Dads Rule”: Any father of any eligible player is also eligible.
DRIVING RANGE NOT AVAILABLE
All PLAYERS — USE THE BLUE TEES
65 AND OLDER MAY — USE THE WHITE TEES

2016 Annual Meeting and Draft

The 2016 Annual Meeting and Draft:

Where: Christi’s Bar and Grill
When: March 6th 11:00am Sharp
Cash Bar

The 55th Annual Meeting and Draft will start promptly at 11:00 and 15 minutes after it’s completion we will start the Annual Draft, so if you are a coach please be aware of this. We would like everyone to show up at the meeting, but if you can not make it we understand. The Annual draft will start 15 minutes after the completion of the Meeting. Again, you do not need to be present, but it is always a good exciting time. Good Luck to all the Coach’s.
