Section 7 Game Times
Rule B Early Game – Early games will start at 6:30pm, and forfeit time is 6:30pm. (Note) The first 5 games of the regular season at Friendship Park fields only; will start at 6:15pm due to early season daylight issues. (2013)

Section 18 Trading Players
A General – Trading of players will be permitted up until the Monday after the 2nd Game played.
B Board Approval – All trades must be approved or denied by the LOMSL Executive Board.
C Website Posting – All trades will be posted on the LOMSL web site, for three days from the original date of Board notification, for all coaches to see and to make counter offers.
D Phone Call – Coaches will also be contacted by a Board member by phone and the trade will not be finalized until this time period has passed.
E Posting Deadline – The proposed trade must be posted by 6pm, the Sunday before the third regular scheduled game.
F Trade Deadline – All trades will be finalized by 6pm, the Wednesday before the start of the third regular scheduled season game.
NEW BY-LAW Proposal
Section 18 Trading Players
You have up to the 6th game to trade a player or players. You can not trade on the 6th game day. Three members of the board have to approve the trade for it to be valid.

Rule proposal to go in effect before registration 2024 season and beyond.
Players must be medically cleared to play in order to sign up for the draft. This applies to new and returning players.
Injured players may be put into the preferred hat at any point during the season in which hat picks are eligible once they are medically cleared to play.
End rule
Starting the season short with an unknown return date or date after the start of the season Shouldn’t be able to just sign up.
This takes away from players and possible coaches that are healthy and can plan to play the entirety of the season.

2023 Meeting Minutes
Richard Hanning calls the meeting to order 11:11am 3/5/2023. He welcomes everyone and thanks them and coaches for showing up.
Big thank you to Brian McCall for his hard work leading the league and rounding up draft picks
Gabe – welcomes the new players to the world famous league. Thanks players and coaches. 5 umpires and one sub this year. Wishes coaches and players good luck.
Brandon went through financial statement – need more fundraisers!
Capogna – 9 guys pulled out of the hat for the draft – hat in good condition.
McCall – emphasis on fundraisers – got an idea? Run it.
Schedule reviewed – Pig Roast 7/15/23. Golf outing will be Devils Ridge.
